SOLUTION: You can access the mobs Spells by Scrolling through the action bars after MC until you reach the one associated with the mob. For those that don’t know how to do that, for me its Shift+MouseWheel. (Found By Salee of Encore).
PROBLEM: There have been a lot of folks complaining about Mind Control problems. Specifically, no mob spells appearing on the pet bar in Classic ERA after this recent patch. Well, in case you haven’t noticed Blizzard made some changes no one asked for, as usual.
Normally when you mind control something the mobs available spells appear in a pet bar, but now when using Mind Control on mobs like Raz’s Understudies in Naxx, or the Orb for Razorgore in BWL, it shows a pet bar with NO SPELLS and ONLY a Cancel Button, along with your normal Character action bar.
WHATS NEW: The spells on pet bars have now been replace by a new mob specific action bar, but it’s hidden by default, so you have to scroll through action bars until you find the one associated with the mob. After the MC is over, you will then be staring at a blank action bar, scroll again to find your characters normal action bar.
BLIZZARD FIX: Considering those 2 encounters are necessary to play the game, please fix it so that when MC is cast, the MOB action bar appears as default, not as something you have to try and find. Then after MC drops, it returns to your normal action bar.
PS. A few people could not even get the pet bar to come up, but that was their Broken UI add-on blocking it entirely.
