Interesting comparison, It’s different. That can be due to the armor/hair/skin color. Looking at the blue backround only nothing changes. Same backround. That nelf is also standing to the side compared to mine.

I know my character has dark skin and the armor is the right color.

I should mention I haven’t cloned this character to TBC, only available in classic

I just know BC Avatars have a weird yellow glow, and Classic Avatars, do not. I see the same glow on other Races, as well:
