Something strange with overpower that I occasionally get a Overpower proc on stunned targets; does not seem to matter if its Charge, Intercept or another class stun, just that overpower does occasionally proc when I “Charge in” or intercept in.
I only detect it as out of the ordinary in this case, maybe its something not exactly associated but it does happen enough that I think its a bug.
My present latency is 33ms
