I’ve spent some time completely editing the classic talent tree for Shaman. Still working on the tanking tree and resto tree.

In addition to the talent changes I would change and add these news skills:
Bloodlust: Increases the attack speed of a target by 50% for 15 seconds. 15 Minute Cooldown. Requires level 60,
Greater Ghost Wolf: Ghost wolf can now be cast instantly. Requires level 40.
Frost Band Weapon: Removed from the game.
Flame Tongue Weapon: Increases spell power by 2 per level.
Water Shield: Summons a shield of water with 9 charges, allowing the Shaman to passively regenerate 1% of mana per 5 seconds. When attacked each globe grants the Shaman 3% mana in return.
Windfury weapon: Now learned at level 20.
