According to the Achievement interface, I have completed three classic dungeon achievements but have not received the achievement (I have screen shots).
Deadmines - Defeat Captain Cookie
Shadowfang Keep - Defeat Lord Godfrey
Stormwind Stockade - Defeat Hoggar
These were solo dungeon runs to get the achievements. I submitted an in-game ticket and they sent me here.
