While leveling I neglected to complete the aquatic form quest and eventually dropped it for the quest log space. Im trying to pick it up again to complete but I can not find it now.
I went to TB to check the trainers but there is no quest available. I then checked the druid in moonglade(Stardite or something) and he had nothing. After I checked romulos, and he had nothing either.
I can not seem to find any info on if this has happened before so I have come here!

Did you try the guy in the house behind you right after you teleport to moonglade? I assume you checked the one trainer in darnassus too?
Try looking up the quest chain and going to everyone again. Might help.
You have to go to your trainer in the capital city and then he will tell you to go to moonglade.
Where you would finish the quest guy next to pillar close to the big druid guy he will regive you the quest in moonglade or what ever it’s called you can’t see quest cause your level is higher now
