I think you should have to continue paying. Otherwise everyone would create two accounts, use it to carry their alts for x and then after combine the characters as if they were all one account. Having two accounts gives you an advantage and I believe this would be abused if this were allowed.

If it does happen it will be after Naxx, that’s when it was added.
I want to transfer a toon over to my server but my character slots are full on my account, I’m happy to buy a 2nd account but your saying I can’t transfer that toon to it? So I have to delete a toon to make the transfer?

I’m looking to transfer my warrior, priest, and druid to my other WoW account. Why is this not possible?

If that were true, they’d allow people to buy more than one boost.
