So for me I have had my account for almost 15 years now and I have been invited to Alpha and Beta tests since wrath. Yet no classic beta in sight.
Is anyone else feeling pissed off like I am, or am I just being over dramatic about it?

I’m sorry that you don’t have beta, but this subject is so old that blizzard have already released two new expansions.
I voiced similar complaints here, but with some deeper context and some stuff about the stress tests and collectors edition.

I started playing Dec 04. I cojld give a fk if blizzard gives me beta because that’s how life works.

Beta isn’t early access…you lose your progress after it’s done so you have to start all over, and Blizzard has said they have plenty of testers for the time being (until they need to stress test again).
So in short…it aint that deep, the sky isn’t falling, you’ll survive until August. No reason to get your BP up over something silly like “I didn’t get beta”
Understandable, I guess I should have phrased it better im not really “pissed off” more or less disappointed if that makes better sense.
I’m kind of relieved that I didn’t get an invite to this one. For the expansions, it’s fun there’s stuff to actually test and tons of bugs to find.

That would be better phrasing. And I get it, i’m kind of disappointed that I’m not in it, but I also don’t like having my work wasted. If I got in, I would test and find any bugs that I could find, but I’m also good not working for free for Blizzard.

You’re being overly dramatic about it. Just be patient. I got invited to the beta yesterday. I’m sure you’ll get yours soon.
Not trying to offend but yes, you are being over dramatic about it. It sounds like you have been invited to plenty of betas in the past.
Not saying that you are, but too many people act like Beta is early access and Blizzard is doing wrong by them because they feel entitled to it.
Honestly, we are only like 75 days away. That’s nothing.

Would you mind sharing the details of your invite? Are you a streamer or a Blizzard F&F invite? When did you create your vanilla account?
We’re mostly under the impression that all invites over the past few weeks have been Blizzard F&F.
Just go play private till launch.
You could play Retail so you can appreciate Classic that much more come August.

Simple answer: Get over yourself.
The beta is small, the majority of people in it are of the same generation as us, and of the ~350,000 people who can say the same, the beta population itself is maybe 5,000 people.
We were never all going to get in.
I would love to try out beta to help me decide for certain about classes and such, because I never played then I can only go by guides and watching streamers. I’d rather try it out, and yes I’d look for and report bugs.
But I came along way later so I’d not get an invite even if I were subbed. You being a vanilla player have a chance but just having played back then isn’t a guarantee nor does it give you some “right” to be chosen. It is what it is.
You are not the only one who was there. There were million players in Vanilla. You’re just one of them.
I am in Beta right now. All the people in my guild in Beta were mostly a Vanilla player. BTW, I have an active subscription since Dec of 2004. I played all Expansions including this BFA. Im doing my part in Beta… exploring everything and reporting bugs … every city, every dungeon, herba/alchemy profession and cooking/fishing/first aid and WSG and AB BGs. Right now the level cap is 40. So far, my guild is doing SM Cathedral and Razorfen Downs. I am still farming for 80 gold (72 gold from Darnassus) for my mount so I could join Arathi Basin soon. I dont think the Horde wants to play AB yet coz all Alliance Paly’s at level 40 already have their free mounts. Unfair for Horde to play AB on foot while most Alliance are on mount.
Not overdramatic at all, don’t worry about it. People just say that because they personally cannot empathise in any way and have no interest. It’s a very important thing to people like you and I, especially if we’ve earned the right to a place through loyalty and spend. Most companies reward their high value customers in some way or another, apart from Blizzard.
