Classic AV

Ever since the removal of the AV # showing up preventing Alliance from doing AV premades, it has been a nonstop horde win fest, with super-fast ques alliance refuse to do anything but get farmed until they lose. And with super long ques horde try as hard as possible to not lose anything, you cap a tower or graveyard be ready for 15-20 horde to show up to take it back. Meanwhile alliance averages about 10 afkers a game and the majority of the people that are playing just get farmed at SP until horde eventually overrun it and win the game.

You’ve already ruined the classic AV experience with cross servers and whatnot, so just implement the reinforcement count already, give alliance an actual fighting chance since you decided that the other way they had a fighting chance wasn’t fair to the horde.

Defensive is never the play to make, ever. You guys lose so often because you hurry to Stonehearth GY and hope to use the resurrections to hold US back when you all just give ground hoping to chip away at us. Once you’ve moved backward into the GY itself and we cap it, you get pushed north. I’ve been on the losing end as well, but it was always when you guys pushed forward. Also, queue times wouldn’t be so bad if your quit rate weren’t higher than your join rate. I’ve seen a lot of bg’s where 20-25 of your guys are only getting a couple hundred bonus honor, compared to the higher 1000’s-2000’s of players who had been there. Just because your’e losing doesn’t mean you should quit. shrug IMO

Problem is with fast que times and a lot of afkers most alliance don’t even try to win, they just get farmed until they lose and are fine with that, even though they complain non stop throughout the bg. Horde actually try, alliance just roll over and die. They need to put in the reinforcement count to just make the game winnable for both sides instead of just one. Every time alliance has found a way to win, Blizzard just removed it to ensure they lose. Why not do something that doesn’t give either side an advantage.

With so many alliance afk or botting, defense at the start is almost the only choice. That is besides the fact that Horde can get the SH bunker just as fast as alliance. There is no arguing that point. If 30 of us could get to TP as quickly as you could, you’d pump the brakes more often as well. AV is such a terribly unbalanced map is so many ways that favor Horde. Alliance premades were the only thing we could do to balance the scales. Unfortunately, Blizzard doesn’t care about fixing any of the real issues like map imbalance, terrain that isn’t LoS, buggy Ivus, and backdoor sneaking into bases. On top of it all our queue times encourage those do nothing.

Blizzard was quick to help puggers when they were getting left with half empty lobbies, but now they sit on their hands when the matches are completely one sided.

only the alliance think its good to have an advantage over pugs while being on coms.

they should have completely removed the number like they said they would.

In Vanilla, before x-realm BG’s Alliance won on many servers. Yes the cave in the original position gave an advantage but you could negate it by PvP’ing and taking SHB back.

Using it as an excuse in 2020 is weak.

The Alliance used premades as a crutch.

So you admit Alliance have to work that much harder to overcome a LARGE advantage. Don’t downplay it.

Alliance don’t win AV too much in retail either where the horde cave has been pushed back .
