My Frost mage is currently 35. Ive been playing around with AOE farming since like 26. As I level Im looking to improve my gear. Increase my mana pool and such.
My question is this. What gear is better… Int or +Frost Power?
I know i need Int for larger mana pool to pull from. But what about +Frost Power Gear.
Full Eagle Set? Or alot of gear with + Frost Power. I would like my Blizzards to hitt harder for certain.
Blizzard doing more damage isn’t the goal of aoe pulling.
Get eagle / owl gear. Spell power will come later for frostbolt and single target.
Why isnt blizzard doing more damage not part of the aoe farming? more dps blizzard does, the better. Are you saying frost power doesnt effect blizzard tics?
It’s because Blizzard has horrible spell power scaling compared to frostbolt. You’re getting very little of the Spell/frost power added to it’s damage.
So " of eagle/owl/int pieces. ignore items that have frost power and no int on them.
