Hello so it seems that anniversary server is going to update to burning crusade by winter of 2025 ? If yes will it stay in burning crusade permanently or whats the deal after , i prefer to stay in BC for various reasons , mind you do not want to experience wrath due to 2 shot situations in pve and pvp content. So basically demand to stay on BC timeline if that to change will demand x-fer to classic . Or whats are rhe road map news for 2026

OP, this is abandonware. Blizzard doesn’t talk about anniversary servers because they’re ashamed that they’re more popular than SOD.

I was waiting for bc server since end of wrath due to burst , it took suspiciously long time to get bc going again , not in the mood.
You might rant to look at the roadmap again. TBC is in winter/spring. Winter starts late December. So you’re looking more like feb 2026. Maybe even later.
Sorry to hear this and don’t mean to be adding to that concern.
If history with Blizz and communication is anything to go by, they’re gonna make folk wait until maybe mere weeks before it happens to firm up the final details and share. Hope that’s not the case though.
We don’t know. Blizz haven’t told. Even if we’ve been asking since the roadmap went online.

Yeah, if you’re wanting to know whether or not the servers eventually pushing into TBC will be permanent (a TBC era server if you will) please take a number. There’s a fair few of us who have been asking the same thing for some time now with no response from Blizzard. You’re at least in good company. More interested in a permanent WotLK server myself but I am absolutely happy to settle for a permanent TBC server instead. As long as I get my space goats, I am content.
