Once the progression is done and TBC releases will we be able to transfer our character’s off 40th anniversary classic server’s to ERA?
From the looks of how HC is not going to TBC I’d assume we can. Since HC characters that die go to a progression realm.
They’ll tell us in about 21 years.
EDIT: You know, a year after the 40th anniversary servers are released circa 2044.
That’s a great point. The only characters they’ve warned us about losing are SoD. Since they haven’t warned us HC will be sunset, but they have said HC won’t go to TBC we must deduce that at least HC will go to permanent HC Era (which, of course, can also go to regular Era).
It’s a logic puzzle in the place of communication from Blizzard.
let us clone again!!! also leave up tbc and wrath era servers this time around we can also clone to. then rerelease vanilla at the end of wrath cycle repeat
I thought they said before SoD was coming out that characters there will have their own home in an ERA server of their own?
You’re about 20 years early, Mr. Time Traveler
They have actually said recently that the SoD servers will stay.
I hope they change their mind and let the anniversary HC server progress into TBC.
Would be nice if blizzard can confirm this so I dont have to waste time leveling on fresh to find out our 60’s are stuck there if that’s the case I’ll just make another character on ERA and level there and missed the fresh exp
Elon Musk is already playing the 40th anniversary, Classic Classic Classic Classic Classic Classic WoW.
I heard it’s good.
