Like the subject reads, what are some current classes with high APM’s? I understand they are/will be trying to slow the game down come Shadowlands, but does anyone have any ideas on what classes will have high APM’s in Shadowlands too?
Outlaw rogue always feels like you have something to hit and rarely any time where you don’t have energy. This mainly applies at max level though, as leveling tends to leave them with some gaps.
Also, fury warrior, as you can use fillers between your spenders, so always something to hit again.

demon hunter is highest APM, 8k haste bursts, no cooldowns/resources on builder

That’s right now though, it definitely be slower in SL because of the loss of Furious Gaze.

it’ll be slower for everyone, maybe we’ll get new legendary that’ll make us even faster
Fury’s enrage buff got alittle nerf too, iirc :l
Don’t think we’ve seen legendaries yet, hoping they give us something fairly unique though.

DH for sure. It’s like you have a mini bloodlust every 10-20 seconds so the buttons get spammed like mad.

Another thing that hurts is a longer CD on Blade Dance D;
Stack you some expedient and it’ll really be a bloodlust.

funny how at top speed you can fill two chaos strikes while blade dance animation is still going

Both Fury and Prot Warriors have high APM. That way you get two roles in a single class with high APM.
Its enough for me to need to pop some painkillers and use icyhot on my hands if I’m going to be spamming M+.

Frost DKs might not be the highest one, but it’s pretty filled with actions and rarely downtime.

Enhancement shaman
Blizzard knows enhancement shamans love spamming stormstrike procs back to back so you never have any down time

I have a noob question: what’s APM?
Actions per minute,
basically how many buttons you can/have to press during a minute, wich means specs with really frantic playstyles.

I second this for fury at least. It can be hard on the hands after playing for a while. As a side effect I find it hard to play slower apm classes after playing fury for so long.

I would also agree with people in saying fury warrior.
There is ALWAYS a button to press.
