Classes per armor type for solo, survivability?

Hey all, over many years ive played all the classes and have varying levels of exp with them and today i wanted to share my opinion and get others on the more solo and survivability classes of each armor type ie ( plate, mail, leather, cloth)

With plate tbh all 3 warr,dk,pally are viable to me, all have good self heals good dmg they wear plate so most def out of all and all 3 have tank spec to further increase the solo survivability.

mail comes next and this one im kinda tossed up with since as of dragonflight we finally have a 3rd choice but if im being honest evoker just wasnt for me in turn it has good dmg and self heals so i know it can hold its own in this discussion.

but on that leaving shaman and hunter is kind of a hard choice for me since i love both but on one end you got slows, traps, and pets with one option being the more tanky pets and the other end you got a class with range and heals or enhancement that kinda functions like feral where you can instant cast heal once and awhile or heal at will if needed on top of both classes seeming to do some major dps.

at the time leaning towards hunter just cause i know most people say its still the king of solo play regardless of what its against.

im skipping leather for now and going to cloth my pick is warlock pretty much for their overly large health pool self heal ability’s and of course pets on all 3 specs.

mage i played alot in tww so far and in the past its a powerhouse if you use escapes and slows and roots correctly along with not over pulling can make it a fine class for solo priest just isnt for me at all so il leave it on the same line of mage for me still behind warlock.

Bringing us to leather (Monk, druid, rogue, DH,)
Ill just cut it out at this point DH is obviously everyones go to with solo stuff due to both dmg and heals on it along with the tank spec, all fine and good but tbh i want to avoid having 3 zandalari toons (fav race) and then a blood elf cause its forced. otherwise i would.

leaving druid and rogue and monk.
Druid has been a fav but tbh guardian can just get a little boring and feral and bal do fine in solo but also have to watch it sometimes along with keeping action bars for multiple forms and what not i kinda dont miss after switching. or using keybinds to get to the forms.

Leveled a rogue in tww gotta say i dont think its really that great of a solo class def can take out a target before it can do anything but 1 at a time is kinda slow tbh.

Leaving monk something im used to healing on but i know ww is either up high or people are saying it needs alot of work so not sure where it sits.

currently thinking honestly monk since i know its aoe dmg is pretty up there with druid but not sure on the leather classes atleast.

So in conclusion
my choices are
Plate:DK
Mail:Hunter
Leather:??? monk
Cloth:Warlock
