Returning to retail and looking to play a class that has the least amount of procs that change your rotation.
Enhance shaman is an example , you get a ton of random procs that force you to spam ss. I do not enjoy this, and prefer a more predictable rotation. Any suggestions? I think my WW is like that along with Destro lock. Are there others?

I suppose if you’re running the not meta azerite traits you can get a mind sear buff proc.

yea its my least favorite thing about retail, dps feels like a pinball machine with numbers just popping up all over.
Shadow is a very frantic rotation once you have enough gear but it’s all about using things in order off CD
Best avoid mage if you want to avoid a proc heavy class.
Frost DK feels like it has no procs, and not in a good way.
How are you doing that? Lol.
hm I may avoid spriest then, I enjoy more slow and steady. Id rather have 2.5 sec cast time then insta casts.

Uh… Frost DK is basically Proc city.
Retribution Paladins have a very low proc rate baseline on Blade of Justice and that’s it, so long as you don’t spec either Divine Purpose and/or Blade of Wrath.
Demonology Warlock. Instant cast Demonbolt is the only proc I can think of off the top of my head. That only happens as you lose imps. I guess you can also talent into instant cast puppers.

BM hunter, havoc dh, fury warrior somewhat. fury warrior you spam abilities and procs just show up, i like it because its different from ret pally, which feels entirely proc based.
You understand what a proc is right. Void eruption is not a proc in the slightest.
DH IMHO. If you don’t want a rotation either you can also spec you filler ability out.
