TC is 20% snare vs hamstring at 50% or piercing howl at 70% aoe snare. Neither thunderclap nor rend are currently being used. Warriors are still going to be pretty insane tbh, but the execute nerf is legit and the rend buff is very small and won’t contribute to them being OP. They were far enough ahead to still be good after this nerf. It should bring execute down to just 2% above their state prior the previous execute change, but will still have the crit nerfs added at that time. So in a much more manageable position. It is a net loss. It’s not that crazy to buff rend or whirlwind for pvp as they aren’t even being used. And before anyone asks (I know you didn’t) it won’t affect bladestorm as that is not whirlwind.
