Arcane is in an odd spot. It’s not exactly amazing but due to it’s damage profile you can’t really buff it.
Not enough. Havoc doesn’t need % buff. Espacially not a 3% are you kidding me?
We need buffs to put talent choices.
Also BM needs more than 5%

eh well i guess i’ll take it. better than a nerf and will make leveling the languishing alts a little easier! 
5% for BMs who are living on the bottom of the pile seems lackluster.

reading these, and looking at wcl i’m left to ask…guy’s are you just trying to laugh at the people playing these, and other underperforming specs?,i ask because they come no where close to adressing the issues many of these specs have right now, let aloen the fact that you have a tank spec(vdh) who’s kit is so busted right now it’s disruptive to the role it’s self and have as of yet done nothing what gives?
