Maybe I’m fried but I read the mage nerf as a 30% nerf to ice lance, where’d we get 17%?
It was changed from INCREASED by 75% to INCREASED by 45%.
So from 175% damage to 145% damage.
145/175=0.83.
1-0.83=0.17.
Ice lance will be doing 17% less damage now.

PvP modifier was 175% and has become 145% after the nerf.
So lets say your Ice Lance did 175k before the nerf (was more like 1.75M but just to make it very easy to understand). Then I would do 145k now, right? That is 30k less from 175k which is a bit more than 1/6 of its original value:
1 - 1.45/1.75 ~ 0.17143
so its around a 17% damage nerf on Ice Lance. No offense, but don’t you learn stuff like that in school in NA?
Some people forget it, or misread. It’s entirely fine to be confused and or wrong on math once in a while.
Didn’t school teach you to not be redundant by posting the same thing that has already been posted? Did they not have a social skills class for you where they taught “not to be offensive” is just you hiding being offensive and snarky?

It’s fine to be confused about or forget or misread some things but not the most rudimentary, basic mathematics.
Not knowing how percentages work is like saying 2 + 2 = 5 and thinking everyone makes such mistakes.
NA schools really are that bad.

I was taught at school that it is impolite not to answer people who have spoken to you directly.
Especially as I have better things to do beforehand to see if someone else has already picked up on it. I received a corresponding message from the forum and sent him a reply.
But there is also the question of why you feel addressed when my post was clearly addressed to the Mage?
Where are your social skills btw? And who do you think you are to interfere in this? Are you his mother who has to protect his math skills?
I also was, trust it or not, just curious about NA school education.
I went KT on my Druid because of falcon punch.
I look ugly in 99% of mogs but I will send people to the next zone with a punch and that’s worth it.
I mean if you REALLY want to go there Will Hunting, a 30% total reduction in the spell (175%-145%=30% reduction) results in a 17% change. It just depends how you phrase it, GUYYY
