Yeah they kind of do, it’s boring too be unkillable and just slowly wittle mobs down when your entire group is dead. I’ve literally seen this twice already from tanks that are unkillable. You want people to play tank? Increase the damage.
You batcha you can, just /roll a dice and see what pops up. If you roll a six twice you are stuck as a tank.
Through our recent testing, we’ve determined that the damage done to tanks needs to be increased.
What were Blizzard doing in alpha and beta? They only test on retail?
Agreed, and either way you would think they would at least wait until retail was in full gear before hacking and slashing things. I would not doubt that there are still overpowered players from SL that have not had to upgrade yet.
Well tanking was too stressful so Blizzard spearheading a nerf campaign against me these last several weeks I guess is a blessing in disguise.

That’s All I’ve been doing since starting dungeons and working through Normal, Heroic, and so on. Just /Run and pray you do not die to all the various aoe going off whilst running after the tank.
While I agree most Tanks needed a good poke Defensive wise… Brewmasters were NOT one of them. Squishiest Tank I’ve had to heal yet.
I feel so bad for people who are like “Hey I’m gonna try healing. Lets go into a dungeon” only to be met with not only a room pulling tank but a BAD one that is made out of wet paper.
So you got that and all the AoE and now everybody is blaming you if you didn’t somehow heal thru all that flawlessly.

While we’re thrilled that players are enjoying playing tanks in Dragonflight and want the role to be healthy,
damage done to tanks needs to be increased.
You are the one that is out of touch or haven’t played at all… Tanks take next to no damage and most had crazy self healing. Good change and might not have gone far enough.
It’s not fun for everyone else when the Tank acts like rambo and the Healer can’t keep up with the passive damage going out from the mobs that destroy the rest of the group while the Tank is just laughing and having a good time.

They had months of feedback from tanks in REAL content in beta and just tuned based on mythic 0s.
The more things change, the more things stay the same.
All this damn whining. People don’t want a challenge… They want to faceroll everything and pull huge packs. Good tanks will be just fine. If that’s not you sorry.
Tanks are unkillable in the extremely easy content tuned to be doable by the average LFR player fresh out of questing. What a shocker. Almost like that’s not relevant or something and tanks were in a perfectly fine spot and weren’t anywhere near immortal when actually challenging content was being tested on beta.
These changes are universally terrible, ESPECIALLY the tank changes. Why would you do this?
