I can’t stress this enough, literally why should I subscribe to this game when my class is worse than Ret Paladin in every single way?

Well, I am averaging 1.1mil to 1.5 mil overall at 611 Ilvl in M+. Although our single target for raid is a little trashy.
Rogues do need help. But I do not see the point In gauging rogues , success solely by comparing it to retribution paladin.

I mean they got us beat in range, damage, utility, number of viable builds, a whole lot more. That’s just an example off the top of my head, though, you could make the case with plenty of other classes

No, I completely agree. The only thing you got going for you is that assassination is a premium spec for high keys and myth plus. But raid your class is not good at all. Subtle is middle of the pack.

Same thing here, AoE dmg is great but raid ST damage is only okay. Compare it to Fury, FrostDK and Arcane mage they are bonkers

Tried a templar spec for Raid and I’m doing a lot better now. It seems the nerfed the DoT ST dmg for Herald. Honestly my Templar AOE spec is doing better now in M+ as well. My herald spec was great but not the throughput as templar.
Where is the Havoc love? our damage are poopoo despites we’re well geared or not… now we’re being overdps’d by Protection Paladin xD

In my opinion they were quite OP for a long time in the past. I usually see DH in arena but not much any thing else rn

Also YES, there’s wayyy less DH’s on then back in previous xpacs. Oh Mein Gosh!
What I’ve heard is it’s decent in unorganised pvp and because its a melee its fine in solo shuffle up to a certain point, but at high rating its not very good.
In PvE the playstyle is fine and it has relevant / useful tools but it simply doesn’t do enough damage compared to other better melee.
Stop bumping this thread. It’s class tuning from 2 months ago.
