We’re saved!
So when should we be expecting Ele st buffs? Clearly you wont just abandon the class like what’s happened in the past right? Right guys?
Also you gutted the defensives again, can we get a comment on that please?
Also, while im ranting here the talent trees since DF have been a complete failure. I’ve never been more locked into a set of talents and it feels like because this was shipped as “content” more time is wasted trying to balance them. Get rid oif all the passives that dont do anything, open up the trees and allow people to actually get crazy.
And Hammer of Light still smacks for One Gazillion Damage?
OK guys, at this point… can you at least do something like this:
- Brewmasters
- Developers’ notes: Player feedback has suggested we do not know Monks have a 3rd spec and we wish to settle that matter. We are aware Brewmasters exist.
They’re also innately tough to GET kills on.
No offense to those who like playing Demolish in PvP, but, a hard cast? On a warrior? In 2024? I would say this would fare better in Classic, but I wouldn’t play it in Classic either. Arms is pristine there. Oh, it’s immune to stuns, knockbacks and forced movement effects. Great. There’s at least 5 other things that can interrupt it, not including simply walking away. What other class’ Hero Talent requires that much setup and luck? No, really, I don’t know. What other class is this clunky?
Make Demolish operate similarly to Wailing Arrow. No hard cast. No extra button. There, fixed. Demolish is now ready for 2024. What year did fists of fury come out? Did it require monks to stand still?
There’s a mountain of questionable design choices that need rework and the best we got is buffing passive DR and DR on an ability that is easily avoided/interrupted. What about Arms Slayer? Does your data not capture how squishy they are? Where was Arms in the AWC? How many wins did they get? In the data I saw, they didn’t have any. Didn’t see where many had played, either. I wonder why they weren’t played? I’ve given feedback in game and suggestions. Is there a certain number of player feedback reports needed to be heard?
stuck on blood and frost focus for DK :(…
Where some love for Unholy Single target …
Honestly, I wouldn’t consider that a stretch. Generic warriors, mages, priests and the like are much easier to find reference material and draw inspiration from. DH’s have nothing like that except for constantly-locked-away Illidan.
Why nerf the base damage instead of the hero talent modifiers that cause it to hit significantly harder? Or even the runeforge? 35% is quite excessive for a core ability.
You may need to loosen your tin foil hat. Prot paladins are in an amazing place compared to every other tank in the game. They could be taken down a peg or two and still be well above most of them.
A little surprised there no preservation buffs at all either. They seem so under represented in mythic. Lol
Feel there may be a mistranslation between player feedback and dev interpretation: The problem with Havoc is that the sustained damage outside of big cooldowns are an issue - big cooldowns being Meta, Essence Break, Unbound Chaos(subsequently Inertia), Sigil of Flame(Fel-Scarred) & Eye Beam.
Immolation Aura is good given it can have multiple instance applications, however the other 2(3) buffs acknowledges the issue without keeping in mind practicality and actuality of not having consistent uptime/auto attacks against the myriad of CC (which the latter 2/3 heavily requires uptime).
Throw Glaive (thus Soulscar and Reaver’s Glaive/Burning Blades), Trail of Ruin, Burning Wound*, “Scars of Suffering” Versatility, or simply Chaos Strike/Blade Dance would’ve accomplished a better increase to announced “notably low” sustained damage.
Made it more realistic
Please give warlock a tank spec!!!
Legitimately asking because I am genuinely curious but, do they always tune things like this each expansion? I haven’t had a chance to play before like I am able to now, and I stopped paying attention to these posts because it seemed like it was every day they were changing up spells and whatnot.
You will do nothing more than kidnap Priests and you’ll like it.
And about 10 million interrupts. In a season where stops don’t function anymore. Every tank would need to pretty significantly outdamage a paladin to be at their level.
Why though? Blood isn’t even remotely competitive in pvp.
