Uhh… yes, BM definitely needed that nerf.
Havoc, Assassination, and BM were definitely the most egregiously powerful specs this patch and even after these nerfs they will still all be top picks.

It took about 5 rounds of nerfs to fire mage last season for comps to start considering other specs.
DH mains got atleast another few weeks at the top of the heap.

Don’t worry, elemental and augmentation are right down there with you. And honestly, even with the buff WW will still be down there.

Aug is still really strong though…
Especially in keys.
Ele shaman still not pressing chain lightning or earthquake in aoe but no buffs??? We’re literally not pressing our spender unless we need a lava surge procs.

Uhhh… no, no they are not. Ele’s doing alright in specific cases (could be better though) and Augmentation’s damage on logs is significantly lower than it’s supposed to be due to some faulty log hooks.
Augmentation is still a gamebreakingly powerful spec.

You guys have to take a deep breath.
You’re still going to be topping meters the vast majority of the time.
You do realize this is only the start right? BM is likely gonna get nerfed more as the season continues.

Ele does good in spread cleave situations which don’t exist in m+ and is one boss fight in raid. Other than that ele’s damage is trash and we’re not pressing spenders or chain lightning in aoe

No, elemental is about even with shadow on every fight. The only outlier is Council where elemental does really well because the tier set is designed specifically for that fight.
