Man, this is pretty damn dope…kinda hoping as an enhancement main that is applies universally, given that these two abilities are standard/totem can be talented into. Would make helping healers during heal-vital raid mechanics all the easier.

I mean, feral is in the same boat. If I go ST, my AOE is pretty much non-existent. It’s just super frustrating not being able to keep up with equally skilled/geared paladins in M+. They purposefully added a tuning knob to one of our AOE talents but haven’t bothered to buff it at all. No idea why.

This information is only for people that play (pvp)

1 lets start with my favorite ability Earthen Wall Totem everybody is aways running of the totem. 1 minute cd and we don’t get 100% benefit. There is no the visualization is bad and only take 4k damages each hit. For example, you got priest (Rapture) 8 sec power word shield for 18k or more 1.5 cd. I would prefer the blizzard make earthen wall totem 1.5 or 2 minutes. Nobody will run from my totem and take more damages in pvp.
2 shaman totem is big amount of our heal come from totem like healing stream totem 24c ,healing tide totem 2m hp of out totem is 63k that 1 hit for any class. For example, you got druid the get the broccoli the have 260k hp each and heal for a lot
3 shaman 2 set all the class for healer you look the break down for the 2 set 5% to 7% heal over all shaman 2 set 0.96 to 1.3% 3 min games came blizzard that dog (you know) set
4 ancestral awakening 2 point heal for nothing.
5 Primal tide core is not smart heal if I healing 2 dps. 1 have riptide and i have riptide the other person need to get the riptide (wrong ) is go to me the healer the i m 40 yard away 100% hp not the person next to it.
6 - dampening is 30% pvp and feel like you play like r1 healer no fun at all feel like everybody is die all the time you got 0 time for clove for cc or play offence like purge.

Blizzard i know this is going to be a waist of time but i feel before i quit your game let you know why people like me end up quitting. I only play this class rest shaman i don’t want the class to be god tear i want to have fun play the class. If a play against good druid, priest, monk, maybe pally no a way jose i will win the match, due to no heal of my class.
Please help rest shaman class last time getting out my frustration of this class in the forum.

rets issues cant be fixed wit ha regular hotfix or aurabuff/tunign pass. that being said it would be nice to get more than a 3% aura buff to help pad the blow until spec changes in the next expansion or 10.2.7 ptr.

I actually don’t understand the further nerfs to DH and Assassin. To put up incredible numbers in raid is very difficult and requires very good consistency and understanding of the spec. Sub and Assassin are pretty crazy to play Single target like Arcane is, they never should be weak because the effort to play it well is ridiculous. I get DH is crazy in m+ but they have a good kit and talent tree overall and other classes need to get buffed to their dps rather than nerfing it down, especially when dungeon nerfs aren’t coming.
The Ret buffs… I mean what is 3% going to do?? Everyone knows Ret has a massive talent tree problem where single target and AoE are awful.
The game is more fun when everyone is going off like DH and Rogue instead of nerfing those classes that feel good and rewarding to the rest of them in which they’re underperforming.

is just sad, how they forget warrior’s fury isnt even good, and boring compared to last season, which was fun, but not good also. please bring us AOE damage. cause now mages will be the meta annoying mage/aug/dh, mage shouldnt be meta if aug is.

it is necessary to have more nerfs for the class to become unplayable again as it was.

I did try it playing BM was boring there are little depth to it but not much

Rogues are best dps in raid. Havoc was only good in keys and it was just as good as BM mage and demo.

Now it’s dead. It won’t be best melee anymore. And the fun talent is dead forcing us to play trash unfun build in raid for 5% raid buff spot

Vdh dmg nerfed and prot pala untouched.

BM hunter untouched

Demo untouched

Rogues untouched espacially sub.

Tuning team is bad and should quit. Go find them selfs.

They aren’t crazy in m+ they are only crazy in low keys where mobs die before casters can ramp and then tank aks for 40 seconds before pulling next pack and havoc has CDs back again .

In high keys BM hunter did more dmg by small margin. Demo lock and mage did similar.

These changes have been so tame recently! I’m ok with the nerfs not being so extreme but some of these buffs probably should’ve been higher.

Where are the dk dps buffs?? Buffs to frost and unholy were barely anything…

Why wouldn’t this apply to PvP? Arcane is pretty dumpy in pvp right now. We could certainly use the help.

The answer is no, but almost nobody plays Ele in game either, so that isn’t a shock (<— hehe)

EQ damage will help for M+ AOE rotations outside of the triple LvB cleave to proc SoP to cleave Flame Shocks onto more targets in prep for getting PW back up, but it will not likely do anywhere close to what is needed to make Ele not suck in AOE.

Now, if they removed reduced chance to overload for CL and let Ele CL-EQ for larger AOE and use LvB for smaller cleave or ST…

Or, if they just went the full monty and changed Ele to work like Spriest and did something like this:

Liquid Magma Totem
Instant 20 sec cooldown

Summons a totem at the target location that erupts dealing Fire damage and applying Flame Shock to 8 enemies within 8 yards. Continues hurling liquid magma at a random nearby target every 1 sec for 6 sec, dealing Fire damage to all enemies within 8 yards.

Flame Shock now causes all fire damage caused to your main target to inflict 25% of the damage onto all targets with Flame Shock applied.
