Ranged typically also just lives better than melee, so I assume that’s their reasoning. I agree with you though that this should be an overall shaman buff, not just enhance

Great but Arcane AoE is in an even worse shape than its ST. How about you revert the Arcane Orb nerfs and buff ABarr and AE damage as well?

Ret has basically no ramp time on anything. They look great in low keys because of 1 min cd’s with everything being dead fast. Check any logs for raid and higher keys, Ret is pretty meh.

Evisc is a very large portion of sub’s damage breakdown on the popular sepsis build. I think 7.5% is not insignificant - especially when coupled with the Glad’s Distincition nerf.

We need about 10-15% buff to Templars Verdict. Typical cleave starts at 3 targets, right now its better to cleave on 2. Please buff <3

I think the idea of Aug is good, it’s a fun spec for a certain personality type who gravitates toward healer/support, but wants a different experience from green bar whackamole (I was also an Spriest main back in BC, probably the closest thing to Aug that’s ever existed)… but I do think they need to work on a few things so that Aug isn’t as disruptive.
Either work with Addon Makers to make it very easy to parse out and reapply Aug Damage boosts to Aug itself or disable DPS meters all together. I suspect the latter would cause a riot, but as long as I’m basically deciding which 3 or so players in the raid are topping DPS, it’s going to cause some tension and basically invalidate the meters existence. Especially when Warcraft Logs isn’t quite right yet and is missing a lot of hooks on a lot of classes still - sometimes taking damage from them and giving it to me, or not properly redirecting my damage back to me and giving it to them (allowing some freak 99 parses). By all appearences, Aug is dead last in damage/effectiveness of any spec in the game and it’s not even close… but that’s far from true.

Glad to see BM hunters dodged the nerf. Pretty easy for them since they can literally do everything they want while maintaining full movement capability unlike literally every other ranged spec. The spec with literally no downsides and the easiest or among the easiest DPS priority systems DEFNITELY deserves to have top tier DPS too.

The psychic link buff is a very welcome bandaid given problems are more deep rooted and were unlikely to be solved in this expansion. Won’t really help for things like Tindral but it should give the spec some more legs in average Mythc+ pugs a more justifiable space in end boss raid comps.
