All of you just want your class to be on top and never want every class and spec to be on an equal footing. It’s very telling. Using mythic difficulty as your go to measurement is ridiculous because the majority of the player base are either normal or LFR or mythic plus or even outdoor content.
i dont play any of those meta specs… i never reroll. i play the class i enjoy always
but blizzard nerfing augment evoker after the entire mythic plus community has had a chance to abuse it is in really poor taste…
first blizzard nerfs the chains in Neltharus after everyone has abused that, now they are nerfing augmentation evokers…

these nerfs for augment evoker should happen next season.
ideally, augment evokers should never have been introduced mid-season to start.
People actually wanted blizzard to constantly balancing classes and or spec and now all of the sudden people don’t want them to do any type of balancing until next season like Jesus your type of people make up your mind.
no… people did not want augment nerfs… people wanted buffs for every other class to bring them up to the level of augment.
what happened now is that everyone who abused the OP pre-nerf augment will be forever locked in at their rank one keys, no one will really have a chance of matching those now.
Balancing mid season should only include buffs to underperforming classes and specs and nerfs to raids/dungeons.
Mid season changes should never include any class/specs nerfs or buffs to raids/dungeons like Blizzard does now…
I mean, I’m still likely going to continue playing Evoker because it’s actually fun lol.
I knew nerfs were going to come to Holy, Light knows it needed them, but as I stated before, a blanket nerf to healing, followed by a reduction of everything else again…I don’t know chief. If the last healer that didn’t feel weak is also going to feel weak by just nerfing all its numbers, I think i’ll just continue as dps lol.

- how are you gonna compensate the two -3 weeks super broken classes ? YOU broke the m+ rating and season cut offs. now when a lot of us tried to play the overtuned classes, the nerfs will make all io and high keys timed in these two weeks impossible to get otherwise now.
- Please do not ever make new class or redesign class in the middle of the season. You literally broke the game and destroyed the m+ players completely.
- you need to find ways to adjust the season cut off and io to balance the mistakes you made to players.
- most importantly, stop pushing your design failure to the community perception problem. IT is not the root of the problem. The root of the problem is your game design failure and bad timing to push out over tuned classes. You push the community to choose the best over tuned class to play all m+ contents. yes you don’t need the meta to do 20’s keys but everyone will invite the meta because it will make all key levels easier. if the broken meta is making 30’s keys easy it will for sure make every keys easier to time. That is not community perception and it is a fact.
- if you don’t fix your broken design and repeat these mistakes to ruin season m+ cutoff and can’t even maintain a FAIR competition, more people will just quit and leave. I mean look the MDI the tgp even the arena competition you hosted every season, there is almost like no one even knows. Yet LOL competition, pretty all my friends at school knows even if they don’t even play. you gotta ask yourself why ? you designed a game and host a competition absolutely NO one even cares. competition in all context means at least be fair. if you can’t even do the basic, why we players care to play even.
Easy fix for Sin, Indiscrim Carn needs to be 15 sec CD.
absolutely ! i mean they broke the cutoff and io for non skilled players who got carried by the over tuned classes. This season is not about competition and skills.

When are you just removing Augmentation? You’re never going to get this balanced. Either every class in the game is taking 10-20% nerfs to compensate their existence, at which point we go backwards, or you just remove them and the problem is solved.

When some or most of you asked for a support spec and now you people decided to not want a support spec?
Also augmentation is brand new and the support role is new to the game it will take some time for it to be fully realized.

Dang Blizzard real special with these changes. Buffing tank in PvP. Nerfing spriest (Who had already fallen in rankings and was going under unh DK. No melee nerfs at all. PvP needs WW, UnhDK, ret nerfs at least, and more boomie nerfs.
You’re monitoring gameplay data? Looks like you’re completely ignoring Raid-performance, while not at all understanding why the god comp is performing as well as it is.
Shadow’s performance in raids is the upper end of the middle field. Yet it gets a nerf that ranges anywhere from 3 to 8%. Several specs that are ahead of Shadow in raid performance (Unholy, Demo, Affliction, Aug) are mostly untouched.
From a raiding perspective, there is practically zero reason to nerf Shadows damage, yet you’re doing it because of M+. At the same time, the underlying reason why Shadow is mandatory in m+ isn’t even touched.
Shadow’s current value stems from it’s utility: Mass Dispel, Mind Soothe, and Power Infusion (and Fortitude). Yet none of these spells is even touched. To be fair though, they can’t be really be touched.
Mass Dispel and Mind Soothe were effectively useless during Season 1. Their effectiveness is tied to this seasons dungeon and affix selection. The solution here is to get rid of highely situational utility and streamline shadows utility with other specs (e.g. stuns, interrupts instead). If right now we had the season 1 dungeon selection, Shadow would probably dead for m+, as damage would be mediocre with no utility.
Power Infusion - which going by Ion - was never meant to be taxed on personal performance - right now is 100% taxed on personal performance. The simple solution is to get rid of the spell and tune Shadow accordingly.
Augmentation similarily is brought because of it’s defense group utility, not it’s damage. From a raiding perspective, Aug would need a much bigger damage nerf, while from a m+ perspective, the utility side is completely untouched.
Lasty… it’s time for a m+ specific tuning aura.
