Rogues all three specs need help badly.
Rogues all three specs need help badly.
Still waiting on those BM Dark Ranger tweaks. 43% behind Pack Leader.
I’m fairly certain they removed the rogue class a few expansions ago.
Warlocks have been historically extremely strong in PVP.
I know the game is not exclusively PVE. The problem is with how different PVP and PVE are they might as well be. It seems they can not balance PVP and PVE within a class. Sometimes they make only PVP changes, sometimes they don’t. Though I will say, when all the add-ons are gone PVP will be a whole different thing again.
Usually when I think about classes that are PvP gods, I think of rogues, paladins, druids and priests. Though I could see that if we go all the way to back to MOP.
The problem is with how different PVP and PVE are they might as well be.
What I don’t like though is when they nerf something specifically because of something in either pve or pvp and it gets nerfed in both. Like the death knight abomination limb thing. It was changed for pvp too, but their reason for changing it because of how they have to design raid encounters around it.
Slightly better is one thing. Overwhelmingly better is something entirely different.
I want whatever drugs the Blizzard balancing team is using.
How about you get rid of the Tombstones your company is now using to do name and shames / call outs in Delves.
Not cool with what I do in my personal game-time being broadcast to others. You should of stopped at Race/Class.
Here is a very simple method of balancing.
If you:
A) Have a throughput raid buff, you get balanced on the lower third of the distribution.
B) Have a raid buff, but it does not provide throughput, you get balanced in the middle of the distribution.
C) Have no raid buff, you get balanced in the top third of the distrubution.
The distribution should only be about 10% from top to bottom, make small 1% nudges to top and bottom specs until such is achieved.
Balance tanks and healers to have similar (if not exactly the same) tools, and similar ability to survive content and produce healing.
Increase the damage both tanks and healers can provide substantially in PvE, but cut it heavily in PvP.
This could be done in an afternoon by a competent developer.
That simply isn’t true. A Brewmaster team will almost certainly have a Feral and Resto Shaman on it and that team was already good in 11.2 and will be quite a bit better this coming season.
Balance Druid and Bear are the Druids getting shafted… Bear at least doesn’t deserve it.
I quoted the PVP area of the changes for a reason and I can tell by your comment you either don’t PVP or you PVP very poorly.
It makes perfect sense, you just clearly don’t know warrior.
Warrior
Uh Oh. Fun detected. Prot warrior finally wasnt FORCED to go Colossus, and had a chance to compete as a good tank, better nerf it because they’re doing too well in M0.
Class tuning is based around their performance in raids.
I don’t play PVP, it’s been a trash side game for a long time. What you seem to miss is the point that you’re asking for Fury and Arms to be nerfed. Arms is already one of the lowest ST specs out there. Sounds like you just want to be OP vs warriors.
Fury has an insanely flat damage profile, which is why I’ve always said if Fury is good in PVP others are not having fun.
Arms has a very bursty damage profile. So you getting obliterated is your own fault. You got caught in their full cool down and Colossal smash window. Like I said though, they are pretty far behind in ST overall.
we need more buffs for other tanks besides vdh. we also need better balance in pvp. atm mm is still out of control with 1 shots but u nerf arcane by 60%? im fine with the nerf because its needed but I want to see other classes with insane burst nerfed as well. its already rough for healers in pvp
Which is why MT was nerfed, because it was doing the best single target damage. Still, god forbid a tank does good damage in any content.
I truly do not understand the feral nerfs, someone make this make sense.
There should only be buffs to underperforming classes. Yet here we are.
