So I have a few questions about my class as I’m a returning player and have heard conflicting things about sites like icy veins and other players. I’m wanting to be a better dk in terms of damage and rotation. So my questions are:

  1. What are my stat priorities?
  2. I have read that unholy and frost are both sorta equal right now but is frost better at raids because of its single target or is unholy good at both mythic and raiding for single and multi target or should I switch from unholy to frost for raids.
  3. Can mythic gear be used in raids and raid gear in mythic a vice versa or should mythic stay in mythic and raid in raid?
  4. Please for the love of everything help me with my damage and rotation. I find that there are times almost in every fight whether single target or aoe cleave that I have downtime to where I can’t attack unless it’s death clip bc of my runes recharging etc.

Frost is less unforgiving for the rotation but if you can master the rotation then you can push some good numbers. Unholy is just as good and I find the over all utility of pets etc to be kinda fun. As of right now, you need the good corruptions to be able to keep up on the dps meters as of right now.

You can use mythic+ gear as always in raid. Ilvl and weapon damage is key too for gearing.

As for stat priority:
Haste > Mast> Crit/Verse
