I’ve been away from the game for a few years, open to a new class for the next expac. What in you opinion is the most fun? I will not be raiding or even M+. The main quest, professions, some pvp/battlegrounds, delves are what I’m interested in.
Can’t go wrong with a Warlock.
If all else fails, you can just summon a Succubus / Incubus / Shivarra and get free dopamine.
Or that floating eyeball with all the tentacles!

A bit biased but if you aren’t doing any real content I’d say DH is a good choice. Your ST rotation is your AOE rotation so you do both at the same time. Fast movement that’s good for all sorts of content, good self healing capabilities with leech and enemies that drop soul frags.
Other recommendation would probably be something like druid that does everything.
Play shaman. There’s been like 0 updates and it’s the only class with only 1 hero spec available for testing. Will definitely result in a good and enjoyable experience.
You can also experience what its like to die in a pillow fight with fluffy pillows filled with feathers.
The shaman is the true class for a person who desires to be all alone and doing easy casual content, because no one will take you for harder content due to dying in one single hit. The perfect solo class!

DK is finally beginning to wear on me, but I’ll likely resume tanking for my friend if they come back.
So I came back after 5-6 years and so I don’t know “S-tier” stuff. I rolled an enhancement shaman and OMG it’s playing the way the class was MEANT to play. I’m 78 and just having an absolute blast.
