Class rotations are too hard

I spent about 30 minutes last night working on the arcane rotation. It’s not that bad especially compared to DF season 1

so 1 defensive, 2 predictable procs, and 1 long duration buff, that can all be seen on the buff bar or totem bar? that’s it?

Care to post some of your logs? Considering you’re just attacking people in here an calling everyone bad.

I’ll post mine after you post yours.

I haven’t called anyone bad.

Are those not 4 examples of some boring upkeep buffs and a buff that needs an addon to work effectively?

Where in the UI shows healing stored by cloudburst totem?

As a rogue I have found that while my rotation matters, what matters more is being paired with a tank that doesn’t randomly rotate, plant the mobs in the floor lava or play ping pong agro.

A perfect rotation means nothing if half your uptime is spent chasing monster booty.

No. Only one of them comes close to that, and even it still manages to have an impact on your gameplay.

What purpose would knowing that information do?

Isn’t arcane like one of the few super easy ones?

Do you really need to track the healing stored by cloudburst? I mean how much is in it is how much is in it, you press it when many people need healing. If you don’t have enough the second you need it, it’s not like you can do anything about it most of the time.

Nothing to you apparently, obviously these things only apply to people trying to maximize their character, which is a lot of people

Questing gamers obviously don’t need to track anything

No. Arcane hasn’t been easy since legion.

In season one of DF it was the hardest rotation in the game besides demo.

Even then, what difference to your gameplay does it make if your cloudburst will heal for 120k or 200k. You did the same things to get it there, and people were lower HP and you got more crits for the 2nd.

You’re an aotc raider. That’s not something you need to track considering the sheer fact that if you want to track it with a WA you can.

I’m progging mythic echo right now.

Negative. No thank you.

Seriously though, why not?

Is it really compelling to you to hit a button every 20 seconds when the number gets low?

Because I enjoy it and it separates good rogues from bad ones.

Is hitting one extra button every 20 seconds seriously that hard for you?

Obviously not. I don’t think your ego is worth making a worse experience for casual players

Clearly.

It has zero to do with ego.

I’m a casual player.

WoD is proof that dumbing the game down isn’t what a majority want and it hurts the game.
