Yes and that goes back to my orignal post, BM being on the lower side is mainly because the other specs APM has been increased more than BM. If you look at BM throughout the expansions its APM has been increased. They have raised both the floor and the ceiling for APM, Dev and sometimes arcane has been the exception.

BM is not the lowest APM in the game that medal goes to Dev evoker with a big margine. And even if it was the lowest APM it would not matter since my point is that the the diffeculity of the spec has still been increased over the years.
