Class-restricted items now able to be transmogged on other classes?

Continuing the discussion from 20th Anniversary Update PTR Development Notes:

I assume this means that if a DK specific item drops on my Warrior, it will add that piece to my appearance collection to use on a DK (because it doesn’t do that right now). However, this does kind of sounds like you will be able to transmog armor from other classes. This is copium beyond belief, but one can hope!

It will be added to your collection as was brought up previously, however you won’t be transmoging a DK item as a Warrior.

you can collect its appereance. you wont be able to use them on adifferent class, that would be just horrible.
