Class mount issue

Will I not be able to get my class mount if I can’t choose the final strike point (suramar) for legon? I got the quest to choose the last strike point but the map is no longer showing in my class order hall.

Did you check the mission table in the class hall? There should be a tab at the bottom for the map.

If not, track trivial quests and see what the first quest of the zone is for your faction and take a trip, see if you can grab it directly.

Suramar wasn’t a leveling zone. I think Khadgar gave you the breadcrumb quest to go there once you hit 110.

I’m pretty sure I didn’t need to do much in Suramar when I went back for another class mount last year… but it’s hard to remember. I seem to remember doing a bunch on the Broken Shore though.

When I was leveling in the zones, the map showed Suramar as a strike point. Each location gave a new strike point selection quest. There is no tab on the scouting map anymore. I have hidden quests on.

Go see if Kadgar has a quest in the Violet Citadel for you to follow some echoes through Suramar.

I did get the quest for that. I’m currently questing through Suramar. The issue is that I’m trying to get the class mount for rogue and I need to complete the Artifact Campaign and Rogue Campaign. The final scouting map quest for Suramar is the last strike location. I won’t be able to get the mount otherwise if I don’t complete that quest.

I wish you luck on your suicide run to Org for the mount.

I can’t even get to the suicide run because of that stupid quest not working.

Try opening a ticket and being extra nice to the GM who answers it - I got stuck on a quest and he pointed me in the right direction even though he didn’t have too. All they have to do is check to make sure it’s working not give you pointers.

As far as I’m aware, you should just have to complete the achievement A glorious Campaign, and then do the Champions of Legionfall bit.

Yep. See khadgar in the tower…at 110 khadgar is all over so you want the one in the mage hq tower.

See message. Go to Suramar, follow the vision breadcrumbs to get first arcanist Setup in cave and done really.

And the order hall mounts are basically a complete broken shore run minus dungeon/raid. You need the army rep iirc…so basically do story to speed that up.

Lots of wq’s, lots of kill x mobs missions. And most have been pick up an exclusive mission table champion whose story is run around broken shore.

Prior achievement completion sadly does not count. You will do all of that broken shore achievement…again. And again. And again…lol. Have 3 or 4 mounts done, Saw this road a few times.

The fact that Suramar shows up as a strike point is a bug. I ran into it recently doing Legion on my druid. After finishing the main 4 zones, I got the quest for a final strikepoint with no access to the scouting map. (Even better, abandoning the quest to pick a “final strikepoint” disconnected me and it took a bit of time to successfully log back in.)

Anyhow, starting Surmar through Khadgar worked just fine, and I got my mount. (Well, in this case, my fancy flight form.)

Suramar was never and will never be a strikepoint on your class hall mission table. Go talk to Khadgar.

There is no scouting map bit for Suramar. You just take it and run with Kadgar’s quest.

Also, I think you have to do the Broken Shore campaign. I have a Rogue still working on this, but right now she is only 105. I ran another Rogue though during Legion, but that was a while back and I don’t remember exactly how the campaign went.

Wowhead should have the entire rundown on what all you need to do to get the mount.

Surmar does show up on the scouting map, at least on 120 characters (probably 110+). I haven’t actually tried to pick it up, as generally, I’m interested in doing the other zones first. (And the scouting map becomes inaccessible after doing the other 4 zones.) As I said, it will even cause a weird issue where you get an extra “go to your scouting map” quest after the other 4 are done that can’t actually be completed.

So, the OP isn’t nuts, it’s a thing that does show up in certain circumstances. It probably shouldn’t, as it just seems to lead to bugs and confusion.

If 120 going back…mix in elite kills early.

These drop the teleport beacons you need for 1 quest. Stockpile them early and it’s pop the beacon, kill what comes out, pop another beacon right away and so on.

Makes this quest (collect the marks from the loot) go much faster if you pop these beacons back to back.

120 makes the farming waaay easier. Lower levels fine too but 120 is land, kill and loot in quick order.

You don’t need Surumar for the Class mounts.

You just need to complete your class hall campaign and do Legion fall chain

I got everything to work. Thank you all for the help.
