I’m finally wanting to go back and grab my class hall mount, however, the guy that’s supposed to give me the quest has no quest… I’m sure I’m missing something, I just don’t know where to begin to make it available.
Anyone have any ideas? Am I missing something?
It’s entirely possible I haven’t progressed the legion story far enough, but I don’t know what point I’m at.

if you have done the quest to unlock the class hall, he should be there as far as a i know. unless you have sent him out on a mission?

The initial quest should be available after you have completed all the requirements to unlock it. Obtaining Legion Class Mounts. After the initial mount is obtained the fire one can be obtained from the Wyrmtongue follower in your class hall and the Nether one from a rare on Broken Shore.
You have to unlock the broken shore questline and complete the achievement breaching the tomb. I don’t remember if you do this by recovering all the pillars of creation or by reaching friendly reputation with the main factions of legion. Either way, you just need to finish the main questline in each starter zone in Legion and Khadgar will give you the whistle and the first quest to go to the broken shore. An npc will approach you in the broken shore just when you finish the achievement. Go along with it and you’ll unlock the mount. You’ll need someone that knows alchemy though
I was in a similar situation not too long ago, decided to take my 120 back to get the mounts. No matter where I went, the ! didn’t show up for quest givers that I knew should’ve had one. I went to the “Track” icon on the edge of my minimap and had to select “Trivial Quests” so the lower level quests would show up. Hopefully you already finished this line, but I thought to add this in case anyone else jumped to this thread after searching (as I just did).
There is an add on called BTW Quests. It has a seperate teeny-tiny file for each expansion you want. I have found this to be beyond helpful when back tracking. Click on an expansion and it tells you everything you have completed or not. This works for the toon you are on, for each toon.
