I want to preface this by saying I think the Devs are doing a great job so far and a lot of the changes have been for the better and overall I think things are shaping up nicely, if you want to doom, please do it somewhere else.
Mage; obviously have received a lot of love especially with the patch on the 15th, everything looks very solid, I have only one gripe, with Arcane requiring Frost and/or Fire for filler spells the 5% hit talent doesn’t really make sense, if anything Arcane should have a flat 5% spell hit talent in the 2nd row and the Frost/Fire hit talent should be removed entirely. Slight nerf to Frost forcing them out of the frost tree and is a small buff to Arcane/Fire and Fire/Arcane.
Druid; 1-20 is horrendously clunky, Cat form needs to be level 10, Bear at 15 so they can tank dungeons if so desired. In addition to this, even at 20 Cat form doesn’t have a meaningful combo point spender until 32. Ferocious Bite should come at no later than 22.
Shaman, specifically Elemental is very solid despite all the complaints to the contrary, obviously spell coefficients will need to be looked at but I would suggest two things; Elemental should have a resto utility talent and at least one of the mana utility talents. Resto has little reason to dip their feet in to Elemental currently which it absolutely should.
My second suggestion is the new EM talent is a great buff for Ele but it’s a 21 pt talent for any other spec, give Elemental a meaningful capstone talent, add Fire Elemental Totem as the 31 pt talent, move EM up 1-2 rows. Please at least use the Flame shock magnet version OR, better yet, give it the proper pet bar.
I didn’t play the other classes so I have no meaningful input on those.
Edit: One other thing of note, I do agree with the consensus that casters do feel incredibly weak up to 30, the changes to spell balancing was based upon having ~100 spellpower by the time you were level 20 which has been nerfed to oblivion, Casters need their overall spell damage retuned at low level so it feels less clunky early on.
