I’d say classic warrior: uses sword and shield most of the time, can use 2h weapons in some games (Biggoron’s Sword/Giant’s knife/megaton and skull hammer, etc), uses a bow and arrow, boomerang, and other ranged weapons as well (warriors used to be able to use ranged weapons as stat sticks/pulling tools). Armor is mail at best, but classic warriors pre-40 capped at mail. No innate magic of his own, always has to be giving to him by the great fairies or others in the case of his enchanted ammunition.

Prot Warrior w/Engineering, imo.

And a wisp companion of some kind is a must. xD

A gnome prot warrior who gears mail, leather, cloth gear… warriors used to be able equip bows.
I agree, the sword and shield are Link default with bow back up. Only thing is warriors cant deal wands…
Maybe actually an Arms warrior with shield… the spin attack is important… Link doesn’t Shield Slam and Bash as much as prot does.

Classic warrior easy. They use sword/shield, and can also shoot bows. This also gives access to two handed weapons.

It’s really no contest.

Warrior. Link never has had a pet, but he has had companions that he can call that are his friends.

Just be a Gnome Rogue that never stealths. You also want to collect the Green Tricorne hat from Legion, LFR or Normal mode.
