I recently saw a blue post about upcoming changes to classes in 8.2, and yet again (so far), I am disappointed once again. I am still stumped on why Blizzard waits for full content patches to release relatively minuscule changes to classes. These things can just be hotfixed in a day and players end up playing the same class they’ve been playing for MONTHS. For example, Frost DK’s are getting a change to increase the proc chance on Runic Empowerment from 1.5% to 2.0%. Why does it take so long to come up with a change like this? Heck, I feel bad for some classes because some aren’t even getting anything, (Of the time of this post). Blizzard, please make big reworks to classes on big content patches. Make players want to change things up instead of staying with the same build they have been for months.
