I’m not sure who was in charge of Midnight’s mage class changes, but please don’t let them near the next expansion.
The removal of blast wave was bad. Taking back their knock back really hurt fire mages. A glass cannon without good defensive play options or a big enough cannon just feels frustrating.
Please stop forcing non-fun play on the vast majority of your players in order to accommodate niche modes of play.
It’s horrible what they’ve done to mages. This is the worst version in the history of WoW aside from maybe vanilla.
Failing to see how you need this when mage has so many other CC abilities
Frost’s toolkit is ok, but fire…yuck
That’s pretty wild because frost mage is mega S tier and committing war crimes in arena.
I heard they’re bad in PvE tho.
I said FIRE mage. 
Fire mage is also pretty strong. For sure though. I was responding to dude that said mages in general.
Arena, isn’t that a niche game mode? 
Eh a little over 100k games played the last 72 hours in shuffle and 3s. Not insane, but still a decent amount of activity.
I don’t care for tier lists but how something feels. Just like how marksman was S tier but was horrible to play
Eh. I enjoyed MM during TWW S3 when it was S tier. Very fluid. This szn though it’s definitely a clunky mess that can still slap in the right situations and it definitely felt horrible when people were abusing it for a week with the black arrow rapid fire cheese.
Removing it was bad enough. But then the insultingly bad replacement version is just salt in the wound. After combustion, when we blink, we cast a blast wave? That’s ludicrous!
Yeah, hunter used to be better. I finished mine up to 90 finally a few days ago.
My point in general be it Fire Mage or something else is that how a spec FEELS during play matters a lot to those of us who are casuals.
It might even matter some to the more competitive players.
They’re caving in for the bads.
They’re making cooldowns less powerful.
Pressing your buttons should be fun.
