Clarification requested for Irradiated Rejuvenation Potion

Hello,

I would like to start by saying that SoD is the most fun I’ve ever had playing WoW, and I’ve been active since at least 2005.

I’m a shaman tank with herb/alchemy. I’ve recently learned the recipe for the Irradiated Rejuvenation Potion, and read that there is a 100% damage increase to damage taken while the potion effects are active. Can anyone confirm if this is the case? The tooltip for the item does not elucidate this, and if true, would make it nearly useless in any tanking situation.

Thanks,

Effect #1 Give Power (Mana)
Value: 262
PVP Multiplier: 1

Effect #2 Heal
Value: 340
PVP Multiplier: 1

Effect #3 Apply Aura: Mod Damage Done (All)
Value: 36
PVP Multiplier: 1

Effect #4 Apply Aura: Mod Melee Attack Power
Value: 41
PVP Multiplier: 1

Effect #5 Apply Aura: Mod % Damage Taken (Nature, Physical, Shadow)
Value: 101%
PVP Multiplier: 1

Effect #6 Apply Aura: Decrease Run Speed %
Value: -30%

Unless i’ve gotten the wrong buff on wowhead, its actually worse than you think

Thanks for the reply. And oof, that is pretty unfortunate. Guess I won’t be using this one in Gnomer.

Hopefully this potion gets an update then, those effects are abysmal for any tank. Real bummer too, as I was hoping this would worth the time investment.

Aggrend and/or Kaivax, if you see this please consider removing the damage taken increase/speed debuff. It’s unusable by tanks in it’s current form.
