Clarification on Hirukon's Radiant Reach farm

I’m building a mog and have just Hirukon’s Radiant Reach left as the last needed piece. I am using a character with the lure buff up, killing it once per day, and quickly logging off to save the buff.

I’ve been trying to get this sword for 3 weeks now and think I have to be past 10ish kills. Does any one know if only the first kill per week has a chance to drop? (If so, I can actually play this character throughout the week, instead of trapping them at dimensional falls)

It’s once per day I thought.

I remember trying for the red sword like the one from Hirukon, and having to wait til the next day that mob spawned, so it SHOULD be once a day per toon.
