Let us begin by appreciating the nature of our guild. Most guilds have at least some concept of equality and comradeship, a sense that in some way everyone is pretty much equal. In the Enclave, this is not the case. We are more like a cult of personality, and that personality is Horrigan. The guild is merely a tool for him to pad his ego. You are his instrument in this task.
Now, you may ask what is in this for you? Plenty. We have two different modes of operation, and this gives you flexibility to get both types of PvP that you expect and demand.
OFFICIAL GUILD PVP
When Horrigan is leading a raid group in the world, we are in our official capacity. When this occurs you are expected to be in a PvP spec and have PvP gear. You are expected to assist Horrigan in taking down targets, so that he may mock them and take screenshots. In Official PvP you need to be on your game, and on your main. This is where your performance truly matters since you may be a star in a YouTube video complete with racially-charged soundtrack.
UNOFFICIAL GUILD PVP
When Horrigan is not leading a raid group in the world, you are essentially free to act as you will. Many members will rally together groups to go PvP. Sometimes you will be outnumbered, sometimes you will lose. But you will have fun. In the unofficial capacity your losses are meaningless and don’t represent the guild (how could they? Horrigan wasn’t there). Your victories, conversely, are glorious.
This is the way our guild works: the cult of personality.

Enclave PvP rules : If evenly matched or outnumbered, sit there and die while whining in guild chat for reinforcements. Never take a fair fight, The Enclave is a pack rat guild, individually weak The Enclave relies on swarm tactics.

Realistic Enclave PvP:
Get dumpstered on by random Horde PuGs until daddy arrives with 79 people. enclave proceeds to kill random Horde until anyone even slightly organized and with similar numbers arrives to assert dominance. Bonus points for when Enclave mass-rezzes with sappers to try to kill the loosely organized, yet valiant Horde warriors.

enemies of the enclave should spend more time celebrating their own victories and less time nitpicking the enclaves. i dont see any final boss threads proclaiming their glorious victory, but i do see them in every thread with addendum to the enclave’s story. in a world where we all live to tell the story, “ahktually” does not win the hearts and minds of the people. glorious tales of crushing your enemies do, embellished or not.

The only video of a horde victory I’ve seen is a self-proclaimed garbage raid suiciding to Enclave.
Very colorful imaginations as they LARP as pvpers and recreate what happened despite 0 videos or SS’s showing otherwise.
and this is why the enclave has such a powerful presence. broadcasting the victories does a hell of a lot more for morale than scurrying into a thread and fact-checking with subjective experiences/povs. not a good look for the horde superguild that was supposed to dominate the server. its too bad.

We go the extra mile and broadcast the losers POV as well.
Each video has the same aftermath discussion where they brainstorm how to avoid pvp.

As far as I know, we aren’t RPers. Celebration of victories is continuing to have them week in and week out, not acting like a peacock showing its feathers to people on the grob forums.
the “addendums” are simply dispelling the legitimate fake news Enclave loves to defecate out onto the grob forums any time they hold BRM for an hour.

I’m wondering how many times they get wiped before they’re known as Final Loss. As far as a single guild dominating this realm, it’s not a horde one.

World PvP is a good thing. Anyone crying about it needs to reroll. On the rare occasion I find Enclave members alone I make sure to give them a death or two. Or more.
