Clarification needed for arena players:

“Starting September 15, you’ll be able to take on Prince Kael’thas and Lady Vashj in a pair of iconic raids, engage in a new season of Arena combat, and more.”

Does this mean Arena season 2 begins on September 15? Wouldn’t that mean S1 ends this tuesday? We haven’t gotten a formal two-week notice. Is this our two week notice?
