Please fix this. It’s supposed to be reduced in effectiveness by 75% in PvP combat but it isn’t nerfed at all.

It isn’t? I have mine upgraded a few times. I put it on and hit the pvp target dummy and checked my stats - I’m missing so much secondary stat even if the proc isn’t nerfed it isn’t worth it. I mean it was a lot.

I can’t post links but there’s heaps of images in the Mage Discord of them doing almost as much damage as Ring of Fire.
I’d need to see it. Maybe they’re in warmode with different scaling??
Or possibly just doing the rotation poorly.
I checked when I saw your post and it is DEFINITELY nerfed (for boomy and enh shaman at least).
Apparently the damage procs aren’t nerfed, only the stats and healing gems. High APM classes it can do like 10% of their damage allegedly. There’s 3 specific effects that still do a pretty high amount of dam. I know an outlaw rogue that linked me a breakdown and it was a pretty big chunk.

The healing proc was definitely nerfed the first week. Went from 3-5% of healing in PvE to less than half a percent in PvP. Did that change?

Hmm. I’ve gotten mixed results between 5% and 12% overall. 
I would not invest my time or effort into it, because even if people did find a way to make it seriously useful, it will just be nerfed in PvP. Again, and again.
