Once Nathanos is defeated, the screen goes black for a few moments, and no cinematic plays.

Also followed the quest chain all the way to Nathanos but after getting him to 10%, the screen goes black for 3 seconds and he’s dead with no cinematic. Aggravating. I’ve done this on three characters now with the same results… have tried restarting WoW, etc.
Same here. Ruined the whole event for me.
Weird, played just fine for me, though I didn’t log in until late in the evening & there was a game update that loaded when i did.
Same for me. Even turn all Addons off.
I killed him 3rd char but I can’t watch the movie yet.
Same issue for me. The first time i thought maybe an addon auto-skipped it (DBM) but on the next character’s run through, i disabled addons, same issue.
Same here. All my Horde toons get the cutscene but none of my Alliance ones do. It doesn’t make any sense. Also I tested with zero addons enabled. Still got skipped.
i am having the same problem tried it on 4 characters now and i still get no cinematic. i hope blizzard can offer us a solution soon…
I saw the cinematic in-game for the first time after killing Nathanos on a Horde character a couple hours ago.
My screen didn’t go black, but it did freeze for a few moments, like it can do when loading a cutscene, but nothing played. 
I tried killing him twice on the same toon; the first time was with an Alliance raid, the second was alongside Horde. Alliance killed him and moved on, Horde were all standing around like they got a cutscene and I am super sad to have to go outside the game to see what happened. 
Just throwing my 2 cents also confirming now on 3 char no cinematic just blank for 3 sec could it be due to being registered for Beta that it flags us in some way not be able to watch cinematic?
I can confirm I only get the cutscene on horde toons as well. This is still an issue as of 11/15.
