it works for myself, but allies… no one had single proc except me…

Confirming this. Same here. Got this in vault (best option out of like 5 choices) and no one else got a buff from me.
I tried on heroic dungeon. Got Darkflame Cleft. Was in combat for 12m 27s and this trinket only had an uptime of 3m 6s
that’s 25% uptime roughly, but considering it has no stats if not proccing, then it should be much more than that. Healing Done / absorbed about 16 millon, which isn’t much when you consider tanks have 10+ million.
I have it in slot 14 (trinket #2)
EDIT: Now I can see on healing done, where the buff did go to others for healing, but the proc rate is so low, it’s not worth this trinket.
Also confirming this. Went through Liberation of Undermine and couldnt find the buff applied to any of my allies
