I just saw a hunter run past me with 2 cinder like wolfs is their a tamable one now?

Which wolf was it?

If it was this one: https://www.wowhead.com/npc=91250/iron-warwolf they have been tameable since WoD. I’m not seeing any other “cinder wolves” being tamable currently. Maybe it was a toy?

I’m sure I saw a hunter with 2 of theses cinder wolfs not to be mean but I did have the wolf name in the title I can’t post links it says

edit: just saw a mob called ‘smoldering alpha’ in revendreth, is that it? more of a dog than a wolf

I think it’s the Dark Iron Hound you’re talking about. There’s some in the Ember Ward.

Are you sure it wasn’t an Enhancement Shaman using Elemental Spirits? If they spawn as fire, they look exactly like BRF Cinder Wolves.

Which is why I linked the only tamable wolf with flames. There are hounds with flames, but you said wolves.

And this one also has a fiery look https://www.wowhead.com/npc=30952, but these are all hounds. And hound aren’t wolves.

There aren’t any tameable wolves with fiery or “cinder” looks other than the one I already linked. Unless of course that person with those “cinder wolves” somehow got them when a mob was unintentionally tameable, there aren’t any wolves that are currently tameable with those looks other than the one I already linked.

Well, the actual Cinder Wolf mob is an elemental, and no site has any record of any other mob in the game with the same model and skin. So I can only conclude that you’re most likely mistaken.

i’ve looked everywhere theres nothing i’ve seen it too a cinder wolf and white wolf on a hunter

if it looked like this, that’s because it wasn’t a hunter you saw, it was an enhancement shaman.

The ‘fiery’ cinder wolf on the left hand of the picture is not hunter-tameable, it’s an appearance enhancement shammy’s “feral spirits” temporary summonables can take with the elemental spirits talent. the lightning wolf in the picture is another shaman-only appearance (although hunters can tame something similar) and there’s an ice wolf as well.
