<Church of the Murloc>[Fresh-Classic Maladath][PVP][Horde][OCE] Leveling and Raiding Guild Recruitment

I am putting together a Leveling and Raiding guild for the fresh anniversary classic oceanic PvP server.

So far we are mostly made up of returning players that have played on and off since vanilla, but happy to take people of any skill level.

I want to build not only the best raiding guild, but also the guild with the best community that works together to make each other better.

As the saying goes “a rising tide lifts all boats”.

Guild Information:

  • Realm: Oceanic
  • Faction: Horde
  • Realm Type: PVP
  • Guild Type: Semi-hardcore (Socials the more the merrier)
  • Loot Rules: Probably going to use EPGP (but open to other options)
  • Raid Times: Raid time and day TBD (what works best for the core raid team) Ideally one day a week, two if needed.

Recruiting all roles and classes.

  • Tanks
  • Healers (Have two locked in)
  • DPS (looking for both range and melee)

Member expectations:

  • We expect all of our members to be respectful to each other.
  • We expect raiders to come prepared to raids including required consumables and have read boss strats.
  • We don’t expect players to instantly be the best, but want to see players put in the effort to always be improving and helping others to improve.

Currently recruiting:

  • We are looking for people to level up with to quickly get to the end game.
  • We are currently recruiting all skilled players for raiding.
  • We are always recruiting socials for our guild as well.

Hey Stepsister. Just curious if you would expect us to be using addons as part of this prep, and which ones you would recommend? I started in BC so would be good to try the guild experience in classic, but I never really used addons the first time round :smile:

Hi there Ashtone,
There are no mandatory addons to be in the guild, but I would recommend everyone in the Dungeon/Raid groups have at least “DBM” and “Details!”, with “WeakAuras” and “HealBot” being useful depending on the roll you are playing in the group.

There are some QoL addons like “Bagnon”, but they normally come down to individual taste.

I am super hyped to be getting back into wow with you all again and playing through the classic content. Can’t wait for the server Drop.

Do you think Playing in NA will have latency issues for a guild from OCE IPs?
Like your guild guys but sometimes gets laggy in Retail wow for me with OCE realms I don’t know if it will be the same for the pvp realm in classic

It depend, if we get a OCE server we will play on that but if we don’t then we will have to play on NA servers.

Still waiting on the list of servers to decide.

Can’t wait to get back into playing wow with everyone again from my old guild, you guys are great fun to hang out with and run dungeons.
