Brann is about 2/3 of the way through level 69. I’m in bountiful Tier 8 Excavation Site 9. I’m picking up XP items, but Brann isn’t getting XP. Instead, I’m getting the items in my bag.

He is xp capped for the week, you won’t be able to get more xp on him until next weekly reset. It worked this way in season 1 too, though the xp item drops into bags are a bug and should be removed.
Apparently you can only do 28 bountiful a week. It doesn’t seem to be commonly known for whatever reason as I just found this out too and there have been others on here also looking for this info. coughlackofcommunication cough
