When you throw in a Scalebelly Mackerel, it’s supposed to extend the Chum (spell ID 377850) effect by 30 seconds. If you throw the subsequent fish even a little too fast, it extends it by 3 seconds, not 30.

Well that explains why I couldn’t get higher than 2 minutes. What a waste of buff fish.
