The Chronoboon displacer isn’t working for storing my DMF spirit buff I’ve tried it twice now. also relogging completely removes the cooldown on the displacer

Is this intended? The tool tip doesn’t include Darkmoon Faire buff.
My DMF spirit was also not stored on my priest.
