It seems the arcane mage pvp talent chrono shift is only granting 25% movement speed rather than the advertised 50% on the tooltip (but also it’s silly that it was moved to pvp since a lot of us mainly used it pve for old content for the speed boost)
Tooltip just has the values flip flopped, which will be fixed in 11.0.5
